Chez Alphonse : T3 cosy et rénové - proche du port

😊: The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Genuinely. A huge bonus when staying away from home.. 😢: Clean enough but not spotless, dusty bedside lamps. Kitchen is fine but not super well equipped, might be a bit awkward for a long stay but for a weekend it’s fine. Separate toilet with no sink is pretty common in France but doesn’t suit everyone..

The property its self was ok and clean. Unfortunately the neighbours in the flat above were extremely noisy when we arrived and again all night. We left the property 2 days early due to the intrusive noise of the people above. We asked the owner for a refund but his only response was he was surprised we had left and has never had anyone leave before. No response regarding a refund was given.

Apartment was clean and well equipped.

This lovely apartment was perfect for my friend and me. It was secure and well-furnished. The host was marvelous, very upfront about an issue he was having with the hot water heater and explaining how to restart it if it went out. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Chez Alphonse for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Vannes. It couldn't have been a better place to stay. It was perfectly located, within walking distance of Vannes centre and our family. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with crisp white bedlinen and a large double bed, twin bedded room. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, David, for hosting us. We will definitely be back.
