Central location making it easy to walk to areas we wanted to explore. It was mice to have air conditioning in our room which we could control.

it was okay to stay there, they have an elevator. and it was quite place, I was able to sleep well.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect, the room was cute and clean, the landlord is a also a very friendly and nice lady. You will definitely feel like home in this place, also the location is very convienet, it's close to the tram station and the main train station in Nice.

Juste petit soucis les gens sont rentrer à 00h30 à plusieurs on fait énormément de bruits et on essayer d ouvrir la porte de ma chambre

We lived the place ! Brigitte called us to give us the codes. We did not meet her she was very friendly and helpful. Her place is great. You can enjoy the whole apartment with two bathrooms and a very nice kitchen. We had breakfast in her kitchen as we would have had it at home. Our bedroom was on the train station side but the window is noise proof and we could not hear the trains passing across the street. Very nice place. Highly recommended.

The service was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.
