CIA - Marais-Les Halles Residence

😊: This was the perfect location for us. Easy to get to where we wanted to, plenty of places to eat nearby, metro next door, lockers and a supermarket.. 😢: We couldn’t get in to drop our bags at the time suggested. The key wasn’t in the safe and we didn’t know the flat number to buzz..

😊: The apartment had a good location and enough space for our family.. 😢: When we arrived at 21:00, the instructions from the host were wrong. We were told to go to the second floor and open the second door on the left, but there was only one door on that floor, and the key didn’t fit. On the first floor, there were three apartments, and after trying them all, we found the right one. The key worked in a very unusual way, but the host hadn’t informed us about it. Sliding doors in all rooms were in bad condition, in the living room they were even off their track. The fan was very dusty, the back cover was missing and wires/motor were exposed, which is unsafe especially for children. The washing machine was very dirty and looked like it had mold. Windows in every room were dirty and clearly not cleaned for a long time. In the bathroom there was no toilet freshener or soap. Curtains didn’t block the light completely – there is a street lamp in front of the bedrooms, so it was bright inside even at night..
