😊: great location, great air con in bedrooms, spacious apartment suited our needs very well.. 😢: We had no hot water and the upstairs toilet ran all the time. The shower really does not work, even with being cold, - needs a new head. No mirrors in bedrooms only one in the one and only bathroom. No hand soap, no towels - we found some in a cupboard. A few sheets of toilet paper in each wc. No tea towel - we washed up but could not dry up or put away. Just these few tweaks will make such a difference..

😊: Eating out was easy because of all the restaurants in the street. The apartment was very spacious.. 😢: The apartment is in desperate need of some tlc. The main room was okay but the settees dirty. The rest of the rooms and stairways could do with a good clean and some new paint. Lots of chipped paintwork and walls, and dirty skirtings. Lighting is dreadful - lots of lights don't work, some just have sealed wires poking out, and the bathroom just one clip-on light over the mirror. White bathroom towels are all grey. All tiling missing on bathroom shelf in shower. Bed linen in our bedroom disgraceful, and when we stripped the bed at the end of the stay, our pillow protectors underneath were totally yellow with old sweat marks which made us feel disgusted. The terrace is filthy with dirt and dead plant leaves, and decking grim and the furniture is shredding. The oven wouldn't work, the hairdryer was broken, and the shower was spurting water out everywhere from a joint. When we reported these things first day they were swiftly dealt with but the promised repair to the shower never happened. We also had to try and repair both toilet flushes ourselves as they stuck in and wouldn't stop flushing. All in all, nowhere near as good as it should have been, given the description. Wouldn't stay again..

😊: Spacious, great location.. 😢: Beds are uncomfortable, bedding is old, towels are old and unacceptable for guests. Bobbles and really bad smelling. I couldn’t sleep on the fitted sheet it was so bad. I slept on top of the duvet. Dark grey bobbled jersey fabric, would be what I’d expect in a homeless shelter. I see there were reviews about this before, obviously no notice has been taken. This apartment could be beautiful, probably the worst beds we’ve ever stayed in..

😊: The location was excellent. The living area spacious. The property managers communications were clear.. 😢: Most annoying was the potential wasted: the appt was grubby, the kitchen uninviting, the towels ancient and stained. Lots of dead light bulbs inc the very dark bathroom. The shower head leaked. There is no parking except what you can find for yourself- access for unloading a car is tricky..
