Cocon moderne - A deux pas de Bercy

😊: Great location. Clean. Good communication with owner.. 😢: One bedroom is fabulous. Large, bright, huge windows. Small clothes rail. The second room not good. Room is very small with no window or ventilation so had to keep the door open at all times. The bed was very uncomfortable and made a loud creaking noise all night. There are cupboards in the small room but no rail to hang anything. You can hear every noise from outside. Unless you follow the arrival details and look at photos you would never find it. It’s address is no 37 but the apartment building next door has 37 over it not this apartment. You have to go around the back of the other apartments to pick you key up from the key box. This was ok, tricky in the dark but if you arrived in daylight absolutely fine..

😊: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Paris. The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance of Gare de Lyon and just steps from Arena Bercy, which made getting around the city a breeze. The host provided clear, easy-to-follow information that made navigating simple and stress-free. The property itself was a lovely blend of modern comfort and charming character. A truly pleasant surprise and a great find!. 😢: While the overall stay was great, there were a couple of small inconveniences. The door lock was a bit tricky to use—the buttons were quite small and overly sensitive, so it often took several attempts to enter the code successfully. Also, the couch could benefit from a bit of refreshing to enhance comfort. These were minor issues, but worth noting..
