😊: The only upside was the location, which was very close to the beach and the centre hub of Nice. Everything else was terrible!!!. 😢: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. Yes, the location is good, but that’s the only positive. Everything else was awful. The apartment is dirty, old and clearly not looked after at all. We walked in to dust, grime and visible mold. The bathroom was disgusting and it smelled like mold and sewage so badly that the smell seeped into our clothes. The sheets on the bed had multiple visible stains on them and the bed frame had a big yellow stain that looked like urine. There was a hair on the sofa bed as well. The toilet barely worked and the shower doors didn’t close properly so water went everywhere every time we used it. Vents were full of dust and rust with hair stuck in them and parts of the apartment like the skirting boards were falling apart. The listing is completely misleading and does not reflect what you actually get. We messaged the manager, Adrien, our concerns on day one, sent photos the next day once he requested them and asked for a refund so we could leave and arrange alternative accomodation. He didn’t seem to take our concerns seriously. He sent a cleaner to try to rectify the situation, but nothing changed. The sheets were swapped, but the mold and smell were still there, bins weren’t emptied, no new towels and the cleaner even left behind a dirty sponge. It was obvious no proper clean was done. When we followed up again, Adrien was dismissive and even sarcastic instead of fixing anything or offering a refund, saying ‘it appears that they (the cleaner) may have missed a spider web on the ceiling’. The issue was so much more than that and his sarcasm isn’t at all professional. He also tried to claim that a refund wasn’t possible because we supposedly reported the issues after 24 hours, which is simply not true. We raised everything on the first day. For over $400 AUD a night, this is a joke. It’s not clean, not maintained and not worth the money at all. We’re now trying to get our money back..

😊: Great location. Close to beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Very good communication pre and during stay with owners and had been spotless cleaned. Had air con and a washing machine.. 😢: Property was a little smaller than we thought but very comfortable for a couple. The fit out was a little old but very functional..

Exceptional<br>#128578; We loved everything about this accomodation, Adrien is an amazing host, he was so informative and so good with communication! He checked in on us daily and made the whole process so easy! The apartment was lovely and had so many things that we needed like a beach umbrella! It was an excellent location, so close to everything!

Adrien was a great host...<br>#128578; It was a great stay in a safe location, within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, and beach. Adrien was a lovely host who was very helpful and thorough with all communication. Would come again !
