Coeur de Montparnasse

Great location and would recommend...<br>#128578; Location was fabulous. In the middle of Montparnasse but quiet and off the street. Secure entry and all that we needed. Our host was flexible and set up automatic check in for us.<br>#128577; It was a little tired and the oven was very high up to the point of being dangerous to use. A coffee maker was provided but some starter items, coffee, shampoo etc would have been welcome. There are stairs and a childcare facility next door which were fine for us but may be an issue for others.

Très calme!!<br>#128577; La propreté de la salle de bains (la douche avec de la moisissure et le lavabo un peu bouché) et la cuisine (Linges à vaisselle très sales!) La description de l’appartement ne mentionne pas qu’il se trouve au troisième étage – pas d’ascenseur.

Despite the stairs and a...<br>#128578; Cour de Monarnasse is in a superb central location, literally the Heart of Montparnasse. It’s a three-quarters-of-an hour’s walk to the middle of the Champs Elysee, and within a stone’s throw of a host of great pubs, restaurants and cafes. A ten minute walk to the lovely Jardin de Montparnasse, and a further fifteen to the iconic Notre Damme. It’s comfortable, if basic, but excellent value for money. Be sure to notify the owners well before your arrival so you can pick up the keys (we didn’t...<br>#128577; The only toilet is very cramped and if you’re wary of stairs, beware … it’s a three-flight spiral stairwell. Also, the cleaning after the previous guests left a little to be desired.
