😊: Lovely apartment in a perfect location - situated on a quiet street and close by to town centre and amenities. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed - we appreciated the little extras like tea, coffee, washing up liquid, and the well stocked laundry room. The beds were very firm which we liked. Whilst the apartment doesn't have AC, because of the narrow street it's on it stays out of the sun, plus the host provides fans. Communication with host was great. Apartment seemed really safe and secure. Nice to have the option to watch Netflix too :) Nearby bakery Le Fournil De Sca'pain about a minutes walk away is excellent - particularly their croissants and flan. Very reasonable prices. We had an amazing pizza from Giotto Pizza which was only about a 5 minute walk away. Would also recommend Aux Delices d'Auvergne butchers shop which is also really close to the apartment. We hired bikes from Planete Velos - the owner was extremely helpful and friendly - the bikes were really well maintained, helmets provided, and very reasonable day rate. If we visit Pezenas again, we'll definitely return to this apartment - thank you for a lovely stay!.

😊: Ir is in the centre of old town, 1 min to Boulangerie, so you can start breakfast with warm baguette 🥖 and croissant 🥐 You will find everything, what you need: from hairdryer to iron. Also very comfortable for family with kids, because separate bedroom for kids. And it was 30 degrees outside, but inside was very cool. Very clean and nice. We really liked this apartment, and when we come again, we will stay again. Big thank you for the owners ❤️.

😊: Due to the combination of factors and the unprofessional behavior of the host, we are unable to find any positive aspects.. 😢: Key Concerns: - Lack of Clear Instructions on Booking.com regarding requirements for cleaning, washing dishes, and disposing of trash. The instructions provided only in French were inaccessible to us as international guests, leading to misunderstandings. - Unprofessional Communication and Conduct. We received private messages containing inappropriate and upsetting remarks, written in French, making it difficult for us to understand. - Unsuitable Accommodation Conditions that Did Not Match the Booking.com Description. The apartment had a strong cigarette odor, and it did not meet the access and safety standards described (e.g., steep stairs without an elevator and a non-private entrance). These discrepancies caused significant discomfort. - Issue Regarding Trash Disposal. The host advised us to leave the trash at the nearest parking area, but we are unfamiliar with local regulations and worry this may have exposed us to potential fines..

Exceptional<br>#128578; Great place to stay, very clean, very comfortable. Instructions to check in and out are very clear and easy to follow (only in french). The apartment is located in the city center and has lots of restaurants nearby.<br>#128577; We couldn't find anything that we actually didn't like. All of it was great. I will add a little bin in the toilet for comfort.
