😢: Untreated mold in bathroom (ceiling/ wall) due to lack of ventilation Besides that nice appartament.

This location is fantastic. It’s only 8 minutes walk to the beach and 15-ish minutes to Old Town (the restaurant area actually starts before Old Town, so that’s what I’m counting). The staff of the rental company were extremely responsive, fabulous at answering questions right away. We had issues with the shower, not draining properly, but we coped with it. We also had issues that our car did not fit in the garage, but again, we found a workaround. My biggest negative feedback is that the check-in process is a little bit complicated. You have to go to the rental company office, which is about 10 minutes by car away, to pick up the keys to check in. I’m not sure why they don’t have a lock box at the property to make self check-in easier. We had a car, so it just involved a little more driving. But for anyone who does not have a car, this would probably be a major pain. But the location, and the price, was great. And the fact that the rental company was very responsive does make the check process easier than it would’ve been had it been less responsive company.

White tile and clean apartment. Everything worked great. A/C was fantastic. I would stay here again in an instant. Easy check-in.

Cozy apartment, not right in the centre of Nice but close enough to walk to and very convenient for the Promenade Des Anglais and the beach. There are many local shops and restaurants so a great place to stay for a visit to Nice.
