Concarneau, Maison bretonne rénovée à neuf, superbe vue mer, plages à pieds

ruhige Lage, Sicht aufs Meer, knappe zehn Minuten Fussmarsch zu einem wunderbaren, ruhigen Standstrand, da nur zu Fuss oder per Boot erreichbar. Das Haus sehr gepflegt, grosser Garten.

Calme, paysages magnifiques. Très belle vue sur l'océan depuis la propriété. Tout à proximité :la ville de Concarneau, très joli site , les magasins de ravitaillement et les plages accessibles à pied. Nous reviendrons si l'avenir nous le permet.

Maison tres bien située. Magnifique vue depuis terrasse et chambre. Centre ville proche en voiture. Quelques points d'amelioration: manque petit local pour abriter bbq, parasols.., manque un plateau de desserte. Bref, tres bien avec un bon accueil par Elodie.

Charmante maison, soigneusement rénovée, actuelle, fonctionnelle, avec une très jolie vue sur la mer. Hôtes très sympathiques. Situation à proximité du sentier du littoral, proche du centre de Concarneau. Nous recommandons vivement.

Das Haus ist einmalig! Groß, sauber, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, besonders schön: die großen und modernen Badezimmer. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur Agentur war immer sehr freundlich und informativ. Nicht zu übertreffen: die Lage! Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür; zum kleinen, feinen, vor allem nicht überlaufenen Strand sehr, sehr nah. Der Blick auch vom Haus aus, die Stimmung - zum Verlieben und Dableiben. 3 Wochen vor Ort sind leider verflogen wie nichts; die Bretagne als Urlaubsziel bietet so unendlich viel an Schönem und Interessantem: Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und dann hoffentlich ohne Corona-Einschränkungen. Aber obwohl die Bretagne während unseres Aufenthalts als Risikogebiet eingestuft wurde (Test waren übrigens negativ), fühlten wir uns jederzeit sicher. Also: Rundum traumhaft und sehr zu empfehlen - was ich vielleicht lieber nicht schreiben sollte, dann ist das Haus womöglich nicht frei, wenn wir mal wiederkommen wollen ;)

We were met by Isabelle’s mother with the keys to the property. She showed us around and how everything worked. The property was just as described, the were no hidden surprises, the only surprise was that it was EXACTLY as it was supposed to be, which is not always the case. Our son and his wife arrived just after us and they were as pleased with the property as we were. We spent a wonderful ten days at the property. The only downside was the weather which could have been kinder. On the good days we went out, on the bad days we stayed in and were very comfortable. As a family we all agreed that the whole experience from my initial contact with Isabelle regarding details about the property to handing back the keys was 100% positive and I would have no hesitation recommending the property to friends and family, or whoever may read this review. I would not make this statement if I didn’t mean it!

We were two couples who rented Isabelle's lovely house - modern, well-equipped, spacious, and beautiful large garden with outstanding sea view where we spent most of our time when it wasn't raining. Definitely hope to return and would recommend without hesitation!

Completely rebuilt in 2017 this property is immaculate, good size rooms and lovely gardens, a lovely patio for outside dining and parking for 2-3 vehicles. The city of Concarneau is 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on a bike using the old rails route that exits in the centre or for the more energetic a 40 minute walk. Good selection of bars and shops plus market days Monday & Friday
