😊: Great location, quiet. There's a supermarket nearby, and the city center is a 5-10-minute walk away. Parking is available in the courtyard. Good Wi-Fi signal.. 😢: The first problem we encountered was the €300 deposit requirement. This had to be paid before arrival, without seeing the apartment on a third-party website. I immediately disliked this and tried to cancel my reservation, but the owner refused, even though I'd made the reservation an hour earlier. The alternative was to pay a €30 non-refundable fee. To avoid losing €100, I paid the required amount and received the keys. When I walked in, I realized the owner had decided to fix all the problems at my expense. The first thing I noticed was the radiators ripped out along with their brackets, a broken closet door, and a torn seal in the bathroom. The floor was sticky, and the bed linens had holes, stains, and even hair. Half the light bulbs were missing, and the clock on the wall was broken. The sofa in the living room must have been brought from the dumpster; it was dirty and sagging. The mattress on the bed was the thinnest and cheapest available, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The apartment itself is in a very old building. The bedroom has no windows or ventilation, so it's very stuffy. The kitchen hood is constantly running, making it impossible to sleep; we had to turn off the main circuit breaker. Only two days later did we discover the switch was in the bathroom! The kitchen is sparsely stocked with plates, no knives, no cutting boards. There are no kettle and a toaster. There's not even a corkscrew! I've been renting apartments myself for many years and know the hospitality standards. You can rent this either for very little money or during the World Cup, when everything else is booked..
