Confort & soleil à Nice | Terrasse vue mer, piscines & tennis

The views were spectacular! Nice amenities and felt very homely. Only negatives were the neighbour has a sign on patio saying be quiet so you feel self conscious. (They also have a large barking dog).

Check-in was a bit confusing and some basic amenities were missing. Other than that, the hosts were very kind and helpful and the view could not be beat!

Property was well located and easy to get to from the airport. Balcony provided exceptional views day and night. Air conditioning is in master bedroom. Rest is comfortable by flow through air from front balcony to back balcony. Communication with owner was very timely at all times.Highly recommended

This was our first time in France. Maria was an excellent hostess and was more than helpful. Maria helped with places to eat, shop and visit. The accomodation was spacious, clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to France and would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Nice. A great experience which left us sad to leave. Apartment was perfectly clean, a bit dated but elegant, comfortable and well suited for our needs. 7th floor terrace was a real highlight with breathtaking views! Elevator in building. Pool was great but it cost extra to use it, which wasn't made clear in the booking. A well equipped apartment with excellent wi-fi. Good location for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas, but you'll need a car, and free parking is provided. I would definitely stay here again!
