Converted medieval chapel gite in Limousin country

😊: It was a quaint and charming property with very welcoming hosts. The Wi-Fi worked very well and the hosts had left useful information about places to eat. The hosts were very dog friendly. The bed and sofas were very comfortable. The shower over the bath had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The chapel had lots of interesting features which added to its charm. We enjoyed our stay..

😊: Lovely area. The kitchen was very unique. Nice to have linen and towels and they were clean. Plenty of cleaning products were available. Very comfy 3 piece suite and the bed was very comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped.. 😢: The property needs refurbishment. Some new furniture and carpets are needed..Some basic cleaning was needed. Dirty cutlery drawer.Plates, dishes and pans were not washed properly.The oven was dirty. Cobwebs. The windows needed cleaning. Television needs upgrading. The bedroom carpet needs replacing. Sink in bathroom was loose. The bath itself is very narrow. The height of the shower is low. A fridge in the kitchen is for the owners personal use.There is no WiFi. The owners did try to link it to their own ( next door) but it did not work. So we had to go to the transmitter pole in the hamlet to have access to our phones. It's a shame as the place could be lovely with some time and money spent..

😊: Really interesting history, comfortable, pleasant countryside, quiet and easy to find. Very accommodating with our dogs. 😢: Unfortunately due to the weather it was cold, but understand an extremely old building is not easy to heat plus we were a little out of season.
