COSY 2P A 5 MINUTES A PIED DE LA MER ET DU CENTRE - One-Bedroom House

😊: The place had everything we needed as a family of four. It was cosy but manageable. The 2 air con units worked well. The shower and bathroom was a good size and the shower had excellent water pressure. Jean-Marie provided everything so we were very comfortable. Nothing was overlooked. The place was very clean. It was 8 mins walk from the station, 10 mins walk from the beach and about 7 mins walk to a shop so things were accessible but it was in a suburb so not any nearby local cafes or anything unless you walked a little bit. Jean-Marie had the place clean and ready so we could check in early.. 😢: The place is right on the footpath and as its ground floor the front door and windows opened onto the footpath. When you open the frontdoor to get in or out you have the people always right there. There was a lot of dust in the cupboard and tracks of the cupboard. The air con in the living room needed a clean it had dirt and mould visible inside. Jean-Marie had people check out the day we arrived and had people coming the day we left so that doesn’t allow enough time to clean inside air con units..

😊: Ideal location to amenities, the sea and the train station.

😊: Excellent host. Friendly local neighbourhood. 😢: A little small.

Hervorragend<br>#128578; Sehr schöne und modern ausgestatte Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Menton. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Parkplatz, gleich gegenüber der Wohnung. Sauber und Komfortabel, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und Strandpromenade. Mehrere Geschäfte, Aldi, Spar etc. gleich ums Eck.<br>#128577; Leider keine Möglichkeit gemeinsam am Esstisch was zu essen, da es gar keinen Esstisch gibt, nur so eine Art Barocker und eine kleine Couchtisch.
