Cosy and hyper central Jean Medecin

😊: Very nice apartment in Nice :) The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The train station is also within walking distance. The entrance and common areas were always clean and smelled nice. The apartment itself also had a very pleasant and fresh scent. The apartment has all the amenities you could possibly need. The fridge kept the water perfectly cold, which was especially nice in such hot weather, and the air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly as well. The key handover was arranged through Rodolfo. He is a very kind and pleasant person and was always available. Everything went absolutely smoothly during our stay, with no issues at all.. 😢: The price is a little high, but the overall experience was absolutely worth it..

Rodolfo, the person who handed us the keys and showed us the apartment, was very kind, discreet, but also willing to help! The apartment is very spacious, bright, well-equipped in the kitchen, with an induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, clean linens and towels, nothing is missing. It is located in an excellent location, on the 1st floor of a very modern residence, perfect quiet, 150 meters from the most important artery in the center of Nice, Jean Medicin. 200 meters from the tram and bus station, 700 meters from Place Massena, and 800 meters from the beach. 😊: A really good apartment with everything needed, newly furnished, nicely decorated. Location: just few steps to the central street with shops and cafes, 5min to train station, 18min to English promenade. Great staff that was ready to help..

😊: Comfortable, fully euipped apartment located in the center of Nice. Short access to seaside, train station, good connection with the airport.. 😢: Minor technical shortcomings.

😊: Everything was at a walkable distance - train and bus stations, grocey stores, city center, the beach. 😢: The bed was a bit too small for a 1.90m tall person.
