Cosy and Trendy 3 Bedrooms train tramway - Three-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Location was great. Beds comfortable. Nice shower. Great kitchen. Towels included and shampoo.. 😢: Passing motorbikes at night were noisy and I did struggle to sleep.

😊: Location was very central and public transport was accessible close by. 😢: Access to the property was difficult initially but was addressed.

😊: The apartment we rented met our expectations. We were looking for accommodation in this area and specifically needed three separate bedrooms. The apartment is centrally located and on the ground floor, but it wasn’t noisy outside the windows. The owner was responsive and addressed our questions and requests.. 😢: Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment wasn’t fully cleaned and had a few issues, but I must admit that the owners responded immediately to our request and brought the apartment to a satisfactory condition within a few hours. Unfortunately, there was construction work going on outside the courtyard window, which meant noise, dust, and the presence of workers on scaffolding. Inside the building entrance, in the stairwell, there are garbage bins, so each time we entered or left the apartment, we were met with a strong odor from the waste..

Exceptional<br>#128578; A very central location. A very comfortable apartment with good facilities and only a few minutes from the supermarket. It is only a 15 minute walk to the main shopping street and a further 5 - 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The apartment is only a 10- 15 minute walk to the Musée Chagall. The majority of the museums are easily accessible using the Tram.<br>#128577; Nothing that we didn't like. The photo shows the Rue de Cimiez opposite the property.
