Cosy Appartement Escapade Label Braise, terrasse et parking

😊: Cosy it was, if a little folksy. Most importantly, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.. 😢: A bit too geographically isolated. We arrived on a Sunday, and the restaurant associated with the apartment was closed. Would have been better later in the week..

😊: The interior design is a dream to wake up to. Everything is beautiful and highest quality: from the superb kitchen, wonderful mattress, comfortable couch with a large and stable couch table, great bath fixtures (with rain shower), to the soothing wall colors and decor. Having a new washer and dryer is very rare in France. We had plenty of space to set up our work station on the kitchen counter and work standing or sitting -- internet was fast. And even enough space to roll out our yoga mats for exercise in the mornings. Free parking in their restaurant parking lot right in front of the door was a big plus. Getting our luggage up one floor via super safe, slip resistant steel stairs was easy. The hosts Emily & Florant were fantastic. Every request we made was a YES. Right downstairs is their restaurant (best food I've ever had, it deserves a Michelin star), a secret spot always fully booked that people come to from miles away. Right across the street is a gourmet meat & poultry specialist, bakery, fruit & vegetable shop, very convenient. We will for sure be back!.

😊: Location, quiet, size (it’s big) fully equipped (washer and dryer, aircon, great shower, full kitchen…), clean, easy parking, great wifi (for work and streaming youtube/netflix etc.), the apartment is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Wonderful value and staff/owner were very welcoming and friendly. I had a meal at the restaurant beneath and food and service excellent.. 😢: Nothing. Almost perfect. Only two small things - don’t run washing machine and take a shower at same time. Water pressure can’t deal with both at once. Certainly not a major issue! Flat is on first floor up small flight of external (very safe and easy to use) steps but if elderly or infirm it could be difficult to get up..
