Cosy appartement Paris 20e

😊: Location is good, metro/bus/tram are very near by, grocery stores, restaurants all are very near by.. 😢: Ventilation issues, green mold in the apartment, in general arrangements in apartment are uncomfortable. Room in downstairs is smelly without proper ventilation. Toilet is separate and shower room is separate, which is good but toilet is extremely small and very uncomfortable to sit. In short I will not recommend this apartment for a family with teenage kids..

😊: We need to say we expected so much more. It is really hot in the apartament and there is no air conditioning or even windows to open to refresh the air. The garden was shared with other people and there was a guy that didn't allow us to do nothing outside. It also was completely imposible to sleep in the downstairs room due to humidity. The area is also not nice, we have felt intimidated several times just in our way to the metro.. 😢: It was very hot, dirty and not a nice area.

😊: close to metro station. 😢: not the 'touristic' area, we had no issues, just advice to be cautious..
