Cosy Studio Close Eiffel Tower

😊: Very good location Metro 2min walk Eifel tower 10-15min walk Was aloud to check in earlier wich was really good.Comunication great. 😢: Its a nice studio flat just needs a deep clean.

😊: The location is wonderful! Next to the Effiel tower! Restaurants, supermarkets in front. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer that makes it much easier for a longer stay. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is functional. The person who received us was very attentive and polite.. 😢: The wi-fi didn't work most of the time, the internet connection is very weak, the cleaning needs to improve. Especially the bathroom. The apartment is too small for 4 people.

😊: The host was polite and respectful, and the location is good.. 😢: This was one of the worst stays I have experienced. The property was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained to any acceptable standard. Cleanliness was completely lacking. The noise level at night was unbearable—you can hear everything from outside, and there is absolutely no sound insulation, making it impossible to sleep. The pillows were very uncomfortable and did not match the photos at all, which is misleading. On top of that, the price is very high compared to other properties offering much better quality and comfort. Overall, the apartment shows a serious lack of care, hygiene, and basic comfort, and it does not meet even minimum expectations. I have other photos, but I'm only allowed 4..

😊: Location and proximity to metro station and restaurants. 😢: There is no air-conditioning in the property. It’s very hot during summer and the small table fan is inadequate. At least a ceiling fan should be installed..
