Cosy studio proche Gare de Nice - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Nothing. 😢: Everything Host is like a gangster doesn’t care about issues you raise. Doesn’t negotiate refund, they just want your money! A place is a complete trash: dirty, bathroom is leaking all over the living room and around electrics in the flat . Do you want to electrocuted- go for it, book it… There was no air to breath as it’s an attic and window hatches are hold by an empty water bottles Bedlinen and towels stink of someone’s sweat, surely not washed . Host dump rubbish under neighbours doors, and residents are complaining to the guests … Avoid this place like a plague!.

😢: there are cockroaches, centipedes, and spiders. beds with stains. the male host that gave me the key was spamming my phone with calls. so rude. shower glass wall was not secured (flooded the restroom floors with water). couch has stains. floors were flithy. the area is close by the Nice train station. have to walk through a sketchy part of town. we got followed at night on our way back starting at the station. not a safe area!.

😊: Really close to the main train station, middle central have the building!Everything close!grocery, gym, Pharmacy, coffe, fast foods, restaurants, the beach and the old town.. 😢: I came when was the ironman so the price everywhere was so high,here also!From the roof made flat... Not penthouse... Very small.... If you a girl and u travel alone and u scary type.... not your place...! Honestly very small,and very slim the wall so u can hear everything from the neighbores.. Cant see out from the Windows.. but have everything inside what u need...can cook, fridge, shower, sleep so have kitchen stuff, microwave.. If you Just wanna sleep middle of the central and mostly time u like to spend out and u get a this place good price it's okay... But honestly I don't felt safe myself there alone (and in whole Nice also not).
