COSY STUDIO - Résidence front de mer - Menton

😊: The appartment is right beside Menton Garavan train station (about 3 minutes walk around the corner), which made it ideal for travelling to/from airport and other locations along the coast. It is also just across the road from the lovely marina and some excellent restaurants along the promenade. If you didn't want to walk too much, you didn't really have to, as there is a very good supermarket (U Express) about 7 minutes walk and a nice beach another couple of minutes further (both towards the centre). The town centre itself is only about 20-25 minutes walk). The border with Italy is also less than a 1km walk in the opposite direction. The appartment was very clean and well-equipped. It is also in a secure compound and despite being beside the main coast road, it is very quiet. The air conditioning was very effective and great to have in the very warm weather we had during our stay. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is good and powerful. There is also a good electric shutter which completely blocks out the light, which is great for sleeping in the bright mornings. Based on everything, the appartment was excellent value for money. If you are looking a more central location with more space and better views, there will certainly be better appartments, but you will pay substantially more. This suited us ideally and we would not hesitate to stay again and I am sure it would suit many travellers. Menton is also a beautiful town with many things for everyone to do. We were recommended to come to Menton by friends and we would also recommend it as a holiday destination.. 😢: Only real issue was the bed settee. Although it was comfortable enough to sleep in, the two wooden sides were a bit of an annoyance when getting in and out and got in the way. We did not use it as a settee as we really were out most of every day and it seemed a bit awkward to convert it to a settee and vice-versa, although admittedly we didn't attempt to do so. The small balcony was nice to have, although it is small and overlooks the complex car park. It only gets a short period of sun early in the morning. An oven would be a good addition..

😊: It’s very nice. Everything is like in the pictures. Very clear. Near the beach, near the center. Ruler always available. The best recommendation for accommodation. ☺️.

😊: Great location along the seafront.pleasant walk to town center.The apartment was compact .The bed was pull down.Good mattress but bit uncomfortable getting in and out.camp bed also available.Ask for sheets.Kitchen was adequate.Bit difficult sleeping with sound of fridge etc.One room apartment with bathroom.Very good shower..

😊: The room was very clean and kitchen was very nice. The tv was easy to use and connect too. Even had a washing machine in the very nice bathroom.. 😢: The room was quite small the the sofa is folded out to make the bed, it does not have a seperate bedroom..
