They say the link with booking does not work well but - they don’t answer booking messages - you can’t speak to anyone via phone and can only leave voice message. They have never responded to the many messages I have left in the 10 days before our stay - they keep sending automatic emails saying we did not pay (while we did) and threaten to cancel the booking… but never answer to calls or messages to clarify the situation - while ...

The remote hosts - Hostenga...<br>#128578; The appt was well equipped with kitchenware etc. Ligting and decor is modern and nicely done. The shower was warm and excellent.<br>#128577; We booked based on location, parking and wifi. This studio is remote hosted, meaning no person available in Megeve and an organisation called Hostenga in charge. The studio is within a mountain hotel that was practically abandoned for the Summer season, no reception. So when the wifi didn't work there was no one to fix it and I was on a working whilst travelling visit. The studio also doen't get much of a data signal. The remote Hostenga person tried and failed to get the problem fixed ...
