Cozy studio near the sea

😊: Great location, with shops, cafes etc. very close. It suited our purposes. The television was useful (but not easy to use). The room seemed freshly painted, and air from the balcony was welcome.. 😢: The place was poky, rather than cozy. Poorly equipped (not enough knives). We were concerned about the positioning of power sockets. Owners left property inside the cupboards - even though there was very little space. Toilet and toilet brush in disgusting condition when we arrived (but we bought and used bleach)..

😊: The location is great, 5 mins to the promenade, 2 minutes to the main restaurant area and 10 mins to the tram station for the airport, perfect. The communication from the vendor was excellent and stayed in touch throughout the whole period of our booking. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a large tv and air conditioning. The balcony was small but offered great views. We were on the second floor but had a lift, so was easy to access.. 😢: It is very small, especially when the sofa bed was deployed. No room to store a suitcase properly. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and creaked and cluncked ever time we moved or turned over, so lost sleep. There were no glasses in the cupboards just mugs, plates and cutlery. The bathroom was beautiful and clean but lacked shelf space..
