Detached house renovated with taste in a shaded park surrounded by vineyards

Quiet, relaxing. A property with beautiful grounds and an excellent pool. A perfect base to have days out from but equally somewhere you could spend the days at home by the pool relaxing (as we did)

Excellent facilities and lots to do in this part of France.

A clean, comfortable, peaceful house surrounded by fields and lovely scenery, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. Search around in drawers and cupboards and you will find almost anything you are likely to want, even a little sewing kit. The outside space is particularly great - beautiful garden with fruit trees (we very much enjoyed picking our own cherries), as well as the pool and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area. Colette does not speak English and our French is somewhat lacking, which made initial contact to book rather interesting, but if your experience is similar, don't let that deter you. Colette could not have been more friendly, charming and helpful on our arrival - any awkward conversations were covered by translation on our mobile phones! It may be worth knowing that there is no bath at the property and that the second shower room and toilet (separate) are outside, although it was not a problem for us - plumbing was not compromised and hot water plentiful.

Our family enjoyed two weeks at this fabulous property in August 2018. The house is lovely and well equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. The jewel in the crown here is the amazing outside space. The pool area is perfect and there are lots of areas to relax in the sun or the shade. The area is beautiful with lots to do and see within short car journeys. If you are looking for total peace, quiet and relaxation then this lovely home is perfect. We can't wait to return.
