DUCS DE SAVOIE - Comfortable flat a stone's throw from the old town

😊: Lovely spacious flat. Nice balconies, lift. Very comfortable..

😢: Nous avons longuement attendu le concierge qui devait nous remettre les clés.

😊: Proche du centre, parking quand la télécommande veut bien fonctionner. Copropriété calme dans l'ensemble.. 😢: Ce logement mérite gros un rafraîchissement complet. Salle de bain hors d'âge avec odeur d'humidité, très peu de lumière lampe miroir hs. Le tout n'est pas très propre, Vmc très sale, des aliments restés dans les placards ainsi que dans le congélateur. Pas d'accès aux poubelles les clefs fournies n'ouvrent pas la porte d'accès au garage. Le tout n'est pas en adéquation avec le tarif pratiqué.

😊: Bon emplacement, bien équipé.. 😢: Instructions pas clair, parking privée inaccessible donc difficile de se garer proche de l’appartement des fois. Personnel désagréable des fois..

😊: Excellent séjour dans un appartement très bien situé et bien équipé. Le propriétaire très réactif a toutes mes demandes..

😊: Good size apartment with nice view of hillside. Short walk into the town centre. Good communications and access on arrival (met and shown around apartment). Having an oven. Near to supermarket. Price was good value.. 😢: It was hot during our stay, so missed not having air conditioning. Very slippy standing in shower (essential to use a towel). The settee is a pull out bed, so was a little hard to sit on. We were just a couple more seating would help if more people were staying. The outside patio was a bonus, but needed a good clean as the floor dirty and sticky underfoot..

😊: Spacious, clean apartment with pleasant outlook. Generally well equipped. The walk to the old town and lake was easier and quicker than expected and it's convenient having the supermarket just up the road. Great to have secure parking.. 😢: As others have mentioned, it would be good to have a few more easy chairs in the living area. Although the kitchen has everything you need, some of the utensils could be improved..
