Duplex avec terrasse privée

It’s a very lovely place in the middle of Paris. Everything is easily accessible. The place is generally comfortable. Though it would be helpful to have the entire house air conditioned for the brutal Parisian heatwaves this summer! Something for the hosts to consider for future. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thanks for hosting.

Perfect Parisian Place : Great neighborhood and close to the Metro. Spacious apartment, great terrace and views. AIR CONDITIONING during the 2026 heat wave. Great communication with the management company. Only 1 key for 4 guests

It would have been better if the downstairs bedrooms had had air conditioning as well.

Communication regarding the key handover was poor from the beginning. Upon arrival, the apartment was noticeably dirty and showed clear signs of neglect and wear. GuestReady provided one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. I would not stay at this property again, and I would certainly not book through GuestReady in the future. What was most disappointing was not only the condition of the apartment, but the complete lack of meaningful customer service afterward. Despite the obvious issues, no compensation whatsoever was offered. Not even a modest gesture, such as a partial refund, to acknowledge the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Their only proposed solution was to send someone to clean the apartment after we had already checked in, effectively asking us to give up part of our stay. Expecting guests to leave their personal belongings with a stranger while they are out is simply unrealistic. The apartment did not match the standard I expected, and GuestReady's handling of the situation made matters worse. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend booking through Airbnb or another platform with better customer support and accountability.

My family enjoyed their stay. Plenty of room for everyone and the terrace was a bonus! The neighbors seemed sketchy at first but people are just people and was not bothered by any. Everything you need is steps away from the building even the metro! The only downside is that it does not have AC downstairs and we were there when it was very hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep with the heat. Other than that it was lovely.
