DUPLEX LE GESÙ - VIEILLE VILLE - CLIM - WIFI

😊: The flat was clean, cool and comfortable. There duplex is small but the space is well used, the A/C was on and the room was cool on arrival.. 😢: Serious security issues. The front door operates with a magnet but the magnet fails - on 3 of 5 times I entered the building the front door was open and building was not secure. On return in the evening (9PM) there was a man sleeping on the ground floor. Although host was responsive to my call, there was no one available address issue, the host had no real fix beyond saying "this is like an Airbnb," implying that this may be normal/acceptable for this type of accommodation. I was advised to call the police, the host also offered an escort to my apartment by a neighbour which again didn't solve the issue. The apartment check in operates with codes individual to stay - however its hard to get the electronic lock to close requires manually pulling the door (can be easily overlooked). The apartment is on a poorly lit street with little through traffic, there is a church and restaurant infront. I did not feel comfortable leaving the flat at sunrise for a run as there was no one around and I was unsure if there was still a man sleeping on the ground floor..

😊: Small cozy apartment in the heart of old town. The presentation of the room is realistic. Everything was ok. 😢: The apartment is on the 4th floor and the stairs start to be difficult above the second floor..

😊: Near to beach. 😢: 9 sets of steps to reach accommodation. Only 2 small towels for 2 people for 5 days.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Appartement très "cosy", rénové avec goût. Pas grand mais juste ce qu'il nous fallait. Idéalement situé (Vieux Nice). Demande des habilités "sportives/physiques" pour rejoindre l'appartement (série d'escaliers assez raides) et pour accéder à la mezzanine ;-) Climatisation très appréciée !!! Merci.

Havre de paix dans un...<br>#128578; Le charme, l'optimisation de l'appartement, sa sécurité, les petites attentions aux occupants.<br>#128577; Rien si ce n'est peut être le dernier étage à monter quand on a des bagages....mais c'est un détail vite oublié quand on ouvre la porte 😉💪

Could not recommend enough!<br>#128578; Very close to lots of restaurants, the beach and markets. The perfect location to explore Nice Old Town. The hosts were wonderful, super helpful with all the questions I had! Could not recommend enough and I'll definitely be back!<br>#128577; Alot of stairs to the apartment but so worth the stay!
