Nice and spacious apartment. Very easy self check in and the staff is responsive via email/chat. There are no toiletries offered - only soap for the sink and then shampoo in the shower. The AC stopped working our first night here and we were here for 2 nights only. The next day the staff offered fans when I reached out but the fans didn't come until 7 pm when we were about to leave for dinner. I think they ordered brand new fans for the whole building. When we returned we had to set up the fan ourselves and it was not as simple even with instructions we spent 40 mins on one and didn't even set up the second as we had an early flight the next day. I feel that the staff should have set up the fans before giving it to us rather than making the guest do it. Not the service I would like. Also we should be compensated back because of the AC issue as our entire 2 night stay was ruined bc there was no AC and it did not get fixed.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The area was wonderful - amazing boulangeries and cafes nearby and right by a metro stop. We are a family of 6 and would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean, conveniently located and didn’t leave any details unthought of. Love the provided laundry room, the fact that the property recycles, the fact that they offer storage for luggage if you need to check out before your scheduled to depart and the fact that it was in a quiet neighborhood not far from great restaurants and shops.

Easy check in and out. Perfectly clean and stylish apartment in a great location. Nice beds, with good pillows and duvets. Sofa bed was comfortable, too. Strong A/C, very quiet, great blackout shades, stocked kitchen, very spacious. Would be a great place to stay with little kids because of the amount of space, and because there is a sweet little park directly across the street. Grocery and metro about half block away each.

Perfect accommodation for our group of 6 Extremely clean and had everything we needed Right across from a park and supermarket 100m away. Check in was seamless New and very clean Laundry room with detergent included so this made our trip even easier traveling with kids

Great stay in Paris! Property and service was perfect for our family of 5 for our 3-night stay. We hit all the main stops and eat at some amazing restaurants. Back soon!

Our stay at Edgar Suites Paris was excellent overall and we would happily return. The location was very convenient, with plenty of shops just a short walk away and a local underground station only about four minutes from the property. The metro system felt quite similar to London’s and was easy to navigate, making it simple to reach all the main areas of interest around Paris. The room itself was very clean and exactly as described. It was comfortable and well maintained, with great amenities throughout. There was air conditioning available, although it took us a moment to translate the controls and figure out the settings. That said, the weather during our stay was fairly mild, so it wasn’t really an issue. Communication with management was excellent from start to finish. Instructions were clear and responses were prompt, which made everything feel smooth and well organised. The only small issue we encountered was with the laundry facilities. We realised there was a laundry service available and decided to use it on our final night. Unfortunately, some guests had left their clothes in the dryers overnight, meaning we waited around two hours before deciding to move one load into a basket so we could dry our already washed, damp clothes. Not ideal, but this was more down to inconsiderate guests rather than anything related to management—just something future guests might want to be aware of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here from Sunday to Friday during the winter vacation as a family of five, and we had a truly wonderful stay. On the first day we experienced an issue with the heating and ventilation system. Unfortunately, the problem could not be fully resolved before we left, but the way the staff handled the situation was outstanding. Within about 1.5 hours of reporting it, they delivered portable heaters to the apartment, and their responsiveness and follow-up throughout our stay were exemplary. Even though the issue was beyond their control, they did everything possible to keep us comfortable, and that level of professionalism and care really impressed us. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family. The standard was high, and the location could not have been better for exploring Paris. We felt genuinely well taken care of, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we will happily book with them on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommended.
