Élégant T2 en plein centre ville de Nice

😊: Location to train station , amenities and restaurants. Quick response from owner when I mentioned a couple of minor issues needed attention. Great communication.. 😢: For us it wasn’t an issue because we are relatively fit and didn’t mind carrying our luggage up to the 5th floor (no elevator)..

😢: We found the place VERY dirty and unsanitary. Our sheets and towels were stained, the only blanket that was provided there were leaves and we found a used contact lens on the bed and hair everywhere. There were no fitted bed sheets and no duvet. The bathroom door was broken and it didn't close at all. The kitchen counter had food stains. The communication was poor and slow. Nothing was solved. I don't recommend this place at all. location is good..

😊: The owner was very nice and very good communication, the place was fairly good, located excellently.. 😢: Some facilities (rubbish bags, cleaning soap, dishcloths, more oil) might be missing (which wasn't as much of an issue). It wasn't very clean (dirty towels, bin not empty, some dust, even though we arrived later than we said and met the cleaning ladies)..

😊: Very nice space, excellent location for both Nice and nearby towns/cities. Almost everything we needed was there. 😢: The cleanliness of the flat could have been better. The kitchenware, cutlery and dishes were dirty and the carpet too. We did not expect to climb 5 floors, there was an indication of elevator which was not there. This is not too bad but for others who actually need it or might find climbing 5 floors challenging it might be good to mention.
