Elégante maison de ville rénovée

😊: Modern, spacious and well furnished house. Very good location not far from the city centre and a metro stop. Two private parking spaces available in the private driveway of the house.. 😢: The air conditioning system upstairs that should cool the three bedrooms seemed to be unable to cope with the very high temperatures (nearly 40°) during our stay. The toddler bed provided did not have a mattress nor a dedicated sheet..

😊: Very secure and close to public transport and supermarket. Lovely modern interior and excellent use of space. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.. 😢: The spiral staircase is a great space saver and one guest left large suitcase in lounge and took packing cells to their bedroom..

😊: This house is very well located. It is about 2mns walk to metro station Patte d'Oie, and a 20mns walk to the city centre. There are shops nearby as well as a big supermarket. While being very central, the street where the house is, is very quiet. The host was very responsive and respectful. The home itself is well laid out and cozy. The bedrooms are spacious and it was very clean on arrival.. 😢: It would have been good to have a toaster, some additional cooking utensils such as a couple of knives for cutting meat/bread/etc..and some handtowels. Worth mentioning that the split system upstairs is located in the landing and not in the bedrooms, which limits its efficiency..
