Escapade Parisienne - 20min cœur de Paris - Métro ligne 11

😊: The property was well fitted out. Everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Good WiFi, spacious all linens and towels supplied - bath sheets not tiny bath towels!! It’s a short walk to metro, easy to access all areas of Paris. Bakery and supermarket close by and eateries. Secure car parking We even had a fresh baked brioche and water awaiting our arrival. Owner easy to get hold of and kept in touch, checking all was ok with the apartment. Would stay again. 😢: Nothing to not like.

😊: Kevin was waiting for us in the flat and communicating very actively during our journey to make our arrival comfortable. The flat is amazing, big and nice. Two separate bedrooms with 5 beds, ready for our stay and comfortable. Big towels in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with various kitchenware and utensils, enough for 5 people (not that common). Kevin was a great host not only because of the cake/brioche he prepared for us as a welcome gift, but also for his availability and willingness to support us with advice and tips (restaurant nearby, groceries nearby etc.). We were 5 and after the whole-day wandering around the city we really appreciate the large living room with sofas, armchairs and big table. It was really helpful for our relax in the evening and no need to set one of the sofas into a bed for one of us. Also the TV had Czech channels which was great for our youngsters:-) There is a metro station (La Dhuys) 3 mins from the apartment and then 20 mins to Chatelet stop - and you are right in the city centre close to majority of places you want to visit.. 😢: Everything was perfect.

😊: Spotlessly clean and warm apartment. Great shower. Comfy beds and living space. A few mins walk to the metro. Delicious boulangerie nearby. We arrived early but Kevin was super flexible to let us in. Kevin was very responsive from initial booking and also during our stay. Great communication all round. The hairdryer was very much appreciated.. 😢: Not much! Some shower gel or soap would have been great. A fresh dishwashing sponge is another small recommendation..
