😊: Location was excellent, apartment had plenty of space, lovely balcony, comfortable bed. Kitchen had microwave, hob, and toaster (but no oven), plenty of pans, crockery, and cutlery.. 😢: The bathroom layout was slightly awkward (toilet is in a tight space between the shower and the wall)..

😊: The location, on the corner of seafront and river, was great, and (from third floor) allowed views over both, especially good at sunset. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Our host (and her partner) was extremely pleasant and helpful, and had provided us with comprehensive information online beforehand about the apartment and the vicinity. A small market and a number of shops are just 150-200m from the entrance. Several restaurants are even nearer, and the beach is just across the road, as is the quayside with the possibility of taking a boat trip.. 😢: Despite the many positives about the apartment we did not feel we could give it 10, for the following reasons. We were very lucky indeed to find a space in the nearby small seafront car park but I suspect in mid-season or weekends this may be the exception not the rule. (Our host did, however, give guidance about other car parks not too far away and even offered a special private arrangement a little nearer if absolutely necessary). The apartment is on the third floor up via some quite narrow staircases and with no lift. This could be an issue for some people with either mobility problems and/or large suitcases. Fortunately we arrived at a time when our very kind host and her partner were able to help us carry our (moderately-sized) bags up the stairs. There was no toaster - this wasn't a problem for us (we usually ate out), but most apartments provide one. Given the provision of so many other things it seemed a surprising omission. The apartment as a whole is quite spacious and the bathroom is a reasonable size, but the WC is wedged into a small niche, making it quite difficult to use one's hands/arms for necessary actions (if you see what I mean). Despite the above caveats, we would be more than happy to stay here again, especially if our host, or her partner, were available to help with luggage on arrival and departure..

😊: Stunning location with the most beautiful view but close to market, shops and restaurants. Check-in and out was easy with great communication from our host via text. The apartment is spacious and generously equipped including basic cooking essentials. Despite the central location it was quiet and the air conditioning ensured a good night’s sleep..

😊: Fabulous apartment. Very modern and added bonus of complimentary toiletries and kitchen supplies a nice thought. Exceptional views that you don't want to leave! We would not hesitate to return. Communication with the owner very easy and she checked in with us during our stay.. 😢: Nothing. But some people may struggle with amount of stairs..
