😊: The old traditional building. 😢: Having to have 900 euros blocked in my account for several days because of the Deposit platform not working which came also with 90 minutes delay in order to receive the self check in code which meant getting at 2 am in the building. No emergency nummber available and then the second day having the hostess tell me everyone knows you cant use a debit card althought it wasnt written anywhere, plus dirt coming out when i activated the spa after filling the bath, and then having no hot water to take a shower: All those were preventable and couldve been better handled.
