This is a stunning house - far better than the pictures would suggest. It is very well-equipped and Diane, the owner, left a lovely welcome pack for us. The pool is great, and very necessary given how hot it was. Hourtin itself is a charming little town with all you need within 10 minutes walk or a couple of minutes drive. The lake is 2 mins drive away and the beach about 15 mins away.
