Ferienhaus "Villa Joss" in Strandnähe

The house is tired and could do with some investment to update. Garden seems unloved. Insufficient hot water at times for a family of 8 adults and 3 small children. Charge for bedding made on day of arrival- no previous request, which is unacceptable.

Belle situation tout proche de la plage. Propriété bien équipée et suffisamment spacieuse pour 10 personnes.

We had a very good week at the property, it's very charming with a good outside space and, most of all, only a short boardwalk away from an almost deserted beach with great rock-pooling potential. Bear in mind the owners have very limited English so bring a French speaker!

La casa è grande arredata con oggetti di gran gusto e di gran pregio. Siamo stati accolti con fiori freschi e champagne. Tutto perfetto

Das Haus ist sicherlich für Familien optimal. jedoch die vielen Deko objekte die überall herumstehen haben mir als Erwachsenen schon Angst gemacht. Hatte Sorge dass mir was runterfällt habe alles beiseite geräumt. Die Antiquitäten Austattung war sehr überladen so wirklich hat mir das nicht gefallen. Mit Geschirr und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Auch der große Tisch auf der Veranda ist schön, jedoch die Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Dass das Haus hinter einer Düne steht war aus der Beschreibung nicht zu ersehen. Der Strand ist mit 150 Meter gut zu erreichen. Der Atlantik ist atemberaubend. hier sieht man keine Industrieanlagen Alles ruhig und sauber

Well equipped, spacious villa with large private garden, 2 mins walk from the beach. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. Property is slightly off the beaten track so you need to drive to any shops, restaurants etc.

Very comfortable property with everything needed for a great holiday. The location was excellent with access to the beach and In a quiet area with its own parking. Lovely owner who lives close by. A short drive away from Saint Martin de Re with a great choice of restaurants even out of season.
