Ferme grand confort avec piscine chauffée entre Concarneau et la Forêt Fouesnant

Excellent large property with a great range of amenities - lovely secluded garden and pool with lots of external areas for relaxing and/or drinks/meals. The area is lovely with great beaches and very quaint villages. Would definitely recommend this property to large groups or families

This house is absolutely beautiful. The pool is a fantastic size and there was plenty of room for all the childten yo have their own space. Nearby Concarneau is a must visit - we called it Diagon Alley.

La maison est fonctionnelle, grande, très bien entretenue.Datant du 19° elle intéresse l'amateur de "vielles pierres" que je suis. La piscine par canicule est un bonheur.Les relations avec les propriétaires sont directes, franches, très cordiales.L'accueil de la gardienne, sa discrétion durant le séjour, son amabilité sont un plus.12 adultes, 2 ados, 2 enfants y ont été heureux.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Kerhuel. The property is huge and has everything you could possibly need on holiday. The children (and adults )loved the pool and the garden is well equipped for children. Concarneau is on the doorstep yet it is beautifully quiet and set in the countryside. The caretakers are friendly and explained things well. Great location with beaches and places to visit close by. We felt this property offered excellent value for money.

Wirklich komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner, ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung mit sehr viel Platz innen und außen, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Grosse, ebene Rasenfläche für Spiel und Sport, Highlights für uns: die Outdoor-Tischtennisplatte und der auf 27 Grad beheizte Pool. Gemütliche, bei Bedarf schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten auch für viele. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ausführliche Anleitungen in Französisch und Englisch für Ausflüge und alles das Haus und seine Technik Betreffende. Äußerst nette und hilfreiche Hausverwalter, die nebenan wohnen und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est très agréable ,spacieuse, très bien équipée , le jardin aussi. Chacun trouve sa place. Les contacts avec les propriétaires et les voisins ont été excellent. Nous les remercions. Nous recommandons cette location a 100%. 15 Retraités

We had a wonderful week. The house is even nicer than it looks on the pictures. There is a lovely cool, spacious lounge, which was great for in the evenings. The outside space is brilliant. It gets the sun all day and so you can sit out well into the evening. The pool was great. a lovely temperature. The region is really pleasant. We walked into Concarneau one day (1h45), which was a very pretty route. It only takes 10-15 minutes to drive. The house is only a short drive (or long walk) from the beach and marina too. Odets Loisirs is an adventure park which is good fun for the kids. It is only open on certain days though depending on the time of year. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions and the caretakers who live nearby were really friendly, while also leaving you to it. We hope to return soon!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille, dans un cadre très agréable et reposant. La maison est parfaitement adaptée et équipée pour les familles nombreuses : cuisine, couchage et loisirs pour le confort de tous (bébé, jeune enfant, adolescent et adultes). De nombreux commerces sont à proximité (moins de 5 min en voiture). Merci aux propriétaires qui sont à l’écoute et disponibles Tout est réuni pour passer de très belles vacances en famille !!!
