Exceptional<br>#128578; Wonderful location, beautiful pool very well maintained , lots of space, parking, good WiFi, well equipped kitchen, iron, hairdryer and washing machine etc. Living room beautiful character. Garden well maintained with figs and blueberries. Views are incredible. Peaceful. Lovely patio areas. Five mins walk to town centre of stunning Duras and great places for dinner, lunch, crepes, wine and coffee. Walking distance to Carrefour but better with car for carrying wine, water etc. Close to ...<br>#128577; All fine.

Hosts are fantastic and the property is very, very well equipped.<br>#128577; The WiFi was pretty awful, but there’d been bad weather before and during our stay, so I’m not sure that could’ve been helped.

Ok but could have been...<br>#128578; . The pool was lovely and the house was conveniently situated for the bars and restaurants. Alan and Sue were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the Netflix.<br>#128577; There is a very narrow and steep staircase leading to the downstairs bedroom and the main bathroom. As I am in my 70s and suffer from arthritis I found this very difficult.

Great location and hosts<br>#128578; The property was only 10 minutes stroll into Duras. It was great having a house for a holiday with facilities like a washing machine/ equipped kitchen/ lounge/TV (as opposed to a hotel room). It was lovely being about to pop to town in the morning to pick up a baguette 😊 The garden had wonderful views and it was very peaceful. The hosts Sue and Alan were fabulous and very friendly - when we had an issue with the hot water they resolved it quickly, and they gave us tips about the area...<br>#128577; The property is a little tired and there are some DIY jobs that could do with being attended to. But this didn’t negatively impact our holiday and I would stay here again. It was a shame that the pool isn’t heated; it was too cold to swim in in October.
