Gite dans le château de La Flotte, avec piscine

We really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful house with spectacular views. The pool was brilliant and so convenient to have the pool house also. Marina was very attentive. The perfect place for 3 generations to enjoy a family holiday.

Eine wundervolle und außergewöhnliche Zeit. Das Herz schlug schon höher als wir bei Anreise das tolle Schloss am Hügel erblickten. Die Zufahrt zum Schloss hat die Vorfreude nochmals gesteigert. Am Schloss wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Eigentümern begrüßt. Sehr nett und ausführlich haben wir den Teil des Schlosses (Ferienwohnung) sowie Orangerie, Swimmingpool und Freizeitraum erklärt und vorgestellt bekommen. Die Ausstattung einfach nur toll und sehr reichhaltig. So viel Besteck, Gläser, Geschirr etc. hatten wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung. Die Beschreibung und Bilder auf der Internetseite geben die Schönheit der Zimmer und Bäder nicht wieder. Wir sind mit 8 Erwachsen gereist und haben alle Zimmer belegt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und haben das außergewöhnliche Ambiente sehr genossen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

The property is beautiful and even better than the pictures. There is so much history in this exquisite home. It is updated with comfortable and new bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. There is character in the historic wood floors and stonework. The owners are fantastic and outstanding and extremely kind. They went above and beyond for us and made our stay incredible. The spiral staircases may be difficult for people with limited mobility, but the downstairs bedroom has been outfitted with a large and accommodating bathroom/shower for those differently abled. Be sure to enjoy the sparkling pool with newly renovated pool house… as well as ping pong and foosball in the basement. I already want to return!

Nous avons apprécié l'ensemble du séjour dans un environnement exceptionnel. Idéal en famille ou entre amis. Les derniers travaux ont permis d'ajouter un espace piscine très agréable, dont nous avons été les premiers à bénéficier, et doté d'une belle orangerie restaurée comprenant tout le confort nécessaire : cuisine d'éte, salle à manger d'été, sanitaires et douche. A noter que les équipements sont accessibles aux personnes handicapées. Les propriétaires du château sont extrêmement attentifs et compréhensifs.

Super week-end entre amis dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous avons profité de l'extérieur au gré d'une promenade en forêt et d'un barbecue . L'intérieur du château est très confortable et il ne manque rien pour passer un bon moment. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très disponibles. Je recommande vivement.

This was the perfect place for a stay with our extended family. The chateau is beautiful and the gite section has been very sensitively refurbished so it keeps all of its original charm whilst providing every modern convenience. The chateau provides a spectacular view over the river valley, which can be enjoyed from all the major rooms in the gite. The chateau owners, Marina and Philippe, were very welcoming and the check-in/departure process was a breeze. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful setting.

J’ai loué ce château pour mon club de lecture. Nous avons tous été enchantés par ce cadre magnifique chargé d’histoire. Les châtelains ont très sympathiques, hospitaliers et flexibles. Le château est magnifique et tres bien entretenu, avec une mention spéciale pour les mobiliers de qualité et les intérieurs décorés avec goût. Un grand merci. Nous avons hâtes d’y retourner !
