😊: Lovely location near the centre, very clean and well equipped. Lovely host.. 😢: Could be hot but 3 fans.

😊: The Gite was fabulous, even better than it looked online! Sylvie was such a lovely host, and had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The Gite was immaculately clean and having various outside seating areas was so nice. The weather was exceptionally hot when we stayed but Sylvie had left 3 fans inside and even put one out in the garden area which was a lovely touch and we slept like a dream as the Gite was lovely and cool. The Gite is in a perfect location, right next to the Castle and just a short walk (or you could use the lift) down into town where they are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would not hesitate to recommend the Gite to friends and family, and will definitely return ourselves on our next visit to the area.. 😢: Everything was perfect!.

😊: The attention to detail in this lovely gîte was superb with fresh flowers everywhere and use of two private garden areas. 😢: The road works outside were known about before we arrived so it wasn’t a problem..

😊: It's the best place in Chinon, Cozy house facing beautiful garden. Sylvie is a wonderful hostess. She not only picked me up at the station but also got me an earlier check-in which is truly helpful for a solo traveler like me. Thank you Sylvie. I hope one day I will come back to stay your beautiful house again. Merci beaucoup. Huang.

Exceptional<br>#128578; The garden is sensibly divided with the owner, but she has given a generous amount to the Gite and its very private and there are 2 places outside to sit. The house is very well appointed and my wife commented that the owner has thought of everything. its a nice decent sized place to stay for a short break, and its very conveniently located for Chinon. the owner is lovely, very friendly, but is discrete so will stay out of your way unless you need her. highly recommended.

Excellent location, extremely well presented...<br>#128578; The location was excellent. Close to the city and extremely close to the Château. The gìte is very well equipped inside and out. Though there is very limited parking available immediately outside the property. There is a decent car park less than a five minute walk away. Sylvie is very convivial host.<br>#128577; The Franch style square pillows were too soft.
