Gîte Pic St Loup aux Coquilloux à 500m de Montpellier et 10 minutes des plages

Super schönes Anwesen, alles da was man braucht! Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum oder am Meer! Tolle Gastgeber, macht sehr sehr viel für die Urlauber! Jederzeit wieder, egal ob Sommer, Herbst oder Winter!

Wir haben 12 Tage im Appartement Pic St Loup verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt in einem tollen parkähnlichen Grundstück, welches sehr gepflegt ist. Der große Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Lediglich die Lage hätte für unseren Geschmack etwas ruhiger sein können. Im Inserat konnte man leider nicht erkennen, dass eine stark befahrene Straße am Grundstück vorbei führt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und ähnliches zu geben. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

C’est un petit coin de paradis à deux pas de tous. Vous êtes plongés dans un cadre idyllique au calme au milieu des vignes et à un quart d’heure de Palavas les flots, et 30 min de La Grande Motte ou du Grau-du-Roi. Nos hôtes ont été chaleureux et discrets, un pot de bienvenue nous était réservé afin que nous rencontrions tous les vacanciers de tout horizon c’était très agréable. Nous vous recommandons fortement ce gîte vous ne le regretterez pas ⛱😇

Nous tenions à remercier infiniment Dominique et Christine. Ils étaient à la fois disponible et discret. Ce sont des personnes qui s’acharnent pour nous accueillir au mieux!!! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Propreté irréprochable, la piscine est super et sécurisée pour les enfants. Si vous souhaitez du calme, les gîtes sont fait pour vous. The owners are welcoming and very knowledgeable about the region. Very amiable and willing to provide everything from a history lesson to best driving directions! The apartment was clean and spacious, ours had two balconies where we could alternate eating breakfast amd dinner. The sunsets from the balcony were stupendous! We will definitely return on our next visit!

We have just spent 9 fabulous days at Pic St Loup. The weather has been fantastic, apartment has been great and the owners Dominique and Christine have gone above and beyond our needs. They are extremely friendly and could not help us enough. The location is quiet but near a regular bus stop and within walking distance of a tram stop. It is within a few minutes drive of the beautiful city of Montpellier, which has great architecture and is very modern. We have also enjoyed many lovely restaurants. My son has loved chasing Betty and Poopette (the resident friendly dogs around too). All in all, we could not have asked for a better break away.

We had a really nice time in this property! We spent a week as a family, we had 3 adults and one 3-year-old. Even thought the cottage is ideal for 2 adults, we managed to find enough space for us all. The bedroom was spacious and had plenty of room for a baby cot/bed. Also the bed sofa in the living room was comfortable. The cottage has a small kitchen where we managed to cook some meals. All in all the description of the place was accurate, and the whole property clean and practical. The pool area was nice and the pool itself suitable for both adults and kids. The location was good, we visited Montpellier center, the beach, the aquarium in shopping center Odysseum and the sporthall. We moved around by car, but we also used the tram one time from the house to Montpellier center. The tram stop was 10-15 minutes away by walk. Nearest food markets are 2-3 km away. The owner spoke understandable English and he was extremely friendly and helped us in all we needed. So everything worked out perfect with him. We had a great week here and we can really recommend this to friend groups, couples and families.

Que c'est agréable s'être bien accueilli, Dominique est un propriétaire sympathique, avenant et serviable. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le gîte Pic St Loup qui est très confortable, bien entretenu, lumineux et bien décoré, il est entouré d'un magnifique jardin et d'une grande et belle piscine. Le tram permet d'aller à Montpellier sans prendre la voiture, sinon Le Grau du Roi et Aigues Mortes sont des beaux villages à découvrir. Merci à vous.
