The location was perfect. The building is very tired. The one thing that I would mention is that the shower come bathroom area is quite dangerous in that you have a high ‘lip’ to climb over and the shower is rammed against the end. It is quite slippy in the bath and is not suitable if you are elderly or have lower limb issuses TV is low end but so what. Staff were very helpful and always upbeat.

Avoid this place if there are other options. Location is reasonably good, good size units, but property is not well managed, cigarette smell all over and minimal (or no) service.

Every thing was like described No breakfast

The internet never worked at all. Every day during our three day stay we were assured the technician had fixed it, but there was never usable internet. In this day and age a hotel with no internet is unacceptable. We could not even send email most of the time. Everything else about the place is excellent.

The place was great! The location was amazing! It’s clean and spacious. It did have everything you need to feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Staying here really feels like home! Thank you so much!

Perfect location with walking distance to the Promenade Anglais, the old town, nice restaurants and more. Spacy room with all the convenience you need. Front desk staff and housekeeping very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Spacious room and very friendly staff.

Spacious and beautiful room, linen was clean, bed was comfortable, very walkable. Internet connection was bad, we were unable to connect to internet at all
