Exceptional<br>#128578; Philipp is a very friendly host and the apartment is stunning. This few on the harbour is amazing, especially for the sunset. Perfect location with restaurants and bars just in front of the building. There is no aircondition, but it's fine if you just leave the windows open at night.

Agréablement surprise pour une première location sur Abritel. Philippe, très sympathique, nous a très bien accueillis, avec pleins de petites attention, le logement ne pouvait être mieux et plus fonctionnel. Il ne manquait rien, la propreté également au rendez vous, on se sent vraiment comme chez nous et on prend très vite nos marques dans ce joli appartement très moderne. La vue ? Encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout est à proximité : le marché, les bus, le centre commercial, le port, les petits restos.. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir aux alentours, pleins d'activités sympa à faire et des endroits idylliques. Avoir une voiture est un plus mais pensez à réserver l'emplacement! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous gardons précieusement le numéro de Philippe. Merci encore !

Philippe met me bang on cue, on my arrival. The apartment (with a lift to the 3rd floor) was everything I hoped for... a panoramic view to the east, south & west over the marina & harbour. A very comfortable double bed, a beautifully appointed open plan shower/wet-room area and separate WC. Walk in cupboard for cloths with ironing board etc. The separate kitchens was well-equipped with all mod cons... Toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer. Double glazed windows back and front and good electric heating. It is difficult to find anything to be critical of except for one thing... The apartment is soundproof with the exception of traffic noise (especially in the early hours) through the front door... street cleaning etc. Keep the kitchen door closed and this does help! The location of the apartment is second to none! Near to the old part of the town, shopping streets and a 15 minute walk to the train/bus stations. 5 minutes from Stade Mayol and many restaurants and bars in the immediate vacinity, along the water front. Highly recommended for a short or long stay and excellent value for money!
