It's a lovely property, with all the key features to serve our family's requirements. It's in a very quiet location, but within walking distance to Leognan and only a short drive to the heart of Bordeaux. The pool was the perfect size to keep us all entertained, while the garden area is perfect for sunbathing.
Maison au calme, avec tous les équipements necessaires. Bien situé, proche de Bordeaux et des vignes. Nous recherchions le calme et la tranquilité. La piscine a été grandement apprécié par les enfants. La salle de jeux aussi ! Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en famille.
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille dans la maison d'Agnès et Sébastien. Tout est prévu pour les enfants, quel que soit leur âge : jeux intérieurs et extérieurs, livres, consoles, balançoire, trampoline, table de ping pong, filet de badminton... Même la piscine est adaptée à tous : une partie permet aux plus petits de profiter de l'eau en ayant pied, ou alors de faire bronzette tranquillement. La maison est très agréable, chacun peut profiter de ses activités sans gêner les autres, grâce notamment la partie nuit qui est bien séparée de la partie jour. La cuisine est agréable et permet de cuisiner facilement pour toute la famille. Sébastien et Agnès sont également sont très sympas, très réactifs dans les échanges.
We all loved staying at the villa and had excellent communication from Sebastien and Agnes right from when we booked. The villa was perfect for our toddler as there was lots to explore within safe and flat grounds and the pool was beautiful. With all sorts of amenities, we were able to cook and had the Leclerc supermarket only 5 minutes away. There are nice towns to explore very close by and a farm / park in Gradignan. The coast is only 45 minutes away which was stunning. A very peaceful and tranquil area in a very friendly community. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Communication and renting the property was fantastic. The house is very clean and well prepared. There was a nice welcome gift also. The kids enjoyed the pool and table tennis. The property is well located for activities, we cycled, kayaked on local lakes and went bodyboarding in the sea. Everyone locally was very friendly. Really recommend this location, with great hosts.
Excellent séjour avec une propriété impeccable où tout est pensé pour les familles - piscine, ping-pong, jeux de société, lecture pour les enfants. Localisation très sympa à côté de nombreux châteaux et proche de Bdx.
Agnès and Sébastien were very welcoming. Their house is lovely and exactly as you see in the pictures. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful gardens and made use of the pool, table tennis, basketball and board games provided. A good base for exploring Bordeaux, Dune du Pyla, Arcachon and Biscarrosse.
Dear Sébastien et Agnes, thanks again for the great two weeks we had at your place! A lovely stay at sunny Nouvelle-Aquitaine, with a nice villa, swell pool and lots of things to do and toys for the children...
