😊: Excellent location to the city and for to and from the airport. Very good communication with the owners. Well equipped, plenty of hot water and very good wi-fi. Carrefour City a couple of minutes away, well stocked and bigger than it looks.. 😢: Visitors should note that one of the bedrooms is only accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or small children. The power sockets are only Type E that have an earth pin. The lift can be a little temperamental if the outer gate is not shut properly!.

Loved the property, everything we needed was there. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities as we ate out every day but noted it is well equipped out if we had decided to cook. Location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check in was easy, no issues. Any other residents we met were friendly. Would certainly book again if available.

Vorsicht: extra Gebühren und Mehrfachabbuchungen<br>#128578; - zentrale Lage - schönes Appartment mit tollem Balkon - gute Aufteilung<br>#128577; - für Check-in ab 19 Uhr wird eine Gebühr von 60€ verlangt, die auch nur bezahlt werden kann - es fehlten Bettwäsche, die trotz mehrfacher Anfrage nicht nachgeliefert wurden. Man behauptete alles sei da, obwohl nicht - mehfrache Abbuchung von City-Tax. Abbuchungen von anderen Firmennamen, die eine Rückvergütung durch Booking.com erschweren, da nicht nachvollziehbar - es wird eine extrem hohe Kaution verlangt

Al in all we had...<br>#128578; We were there as a family of 6 adult. We Were there for a week in July 2022 when it was 30-35 degrees outside. We had 3 nice double rooms with air condition, that we could easily turn on and of. and with good beds. The apartment is super centrally located. Both for city life and the beach… and for transport by train, tram and bus round in Nice and for other cities. There was plenty of space in the living room. Facilities, bathroom’s and kitchen were fine. It was clean and delicious.<br>#128577; We could have used a little bigger dining table for 6 people, but it worked… The light in one of the bathrooms didn’t work when we were there, but I guess it is fixed now.

Bon séjour à Nice dans...<br>#128578; Logement beau et confortable. Bon emplacement pour les sorties à pied dans la ville de Nice. Le parking Grimaldi est proche du logement ce qui est pratique pour garer la voiture.<br>#128577; La personne qui nous a remis les clés : moyennement aimable et elle a voulu nous faire payer une taxe de séjour plus élevée que prévue, ce que nous n'avons pas accepté.

Jade’s place is a perfect location in Nice! Walking distance to beach and old Nice. Lots of shops and markets nearby. Jade was very flexible in allowing us to drop off our luggage early when we arrived. It’s a beautiful spot and the apartment met all our needs. The third (upper) bedroom is up a winding staircase-not for oldervery young!

Appartement à la hauteur de nos attentes, excellent emplacement, déco simple mais utile, on a apprécié la climatisation durant notre séjour (fin juin). Magasins, restaurations, plage, tout est à proximité, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
