😊: The apartment was small but lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped with good aircon. The owner was very kind and agreed an early check-in. Unfortunately the agent who was meant to meet us didn’t seem to know anything about it and so we were left waiting for about an hour.. 😢: The tired building and location - and the basement parking isn’t for the feint hearted. The pool was large but more like a municipal pool. Communication between the agent, owner and guest could be dramatically improved. The details directed us to the wrong block of apartments and the contact telephone went to someone who no longer managed the property. So it took some time to locate the new agent and access the property. But I would add once in the apartment it was lovely..
