😊: Comfortable property in an excellent location just a short stroll to the beach and (in Season) Aqualand and Aquapark. To the "centre" it is a 20 minute walk but this can be all traffic free: 2/3 along the Quais and 1/3 on a dedicated foot / cycle track. Or you could take a bus for 1 Euro if you want to avoid the hassle of a hot car and parking. There is also a bus stop just outside in the other direction if you fancy a trip to Agde or further. (Public transport in the area is efficient and cheap). For provisions there is a small Carrefour 400m away. PS I cannot say anything about the beach facilities as my visit to the beach was in the evening and out of season. 😢: For someone traveling without a car the key-box is a 20 minute walk from the property.

😊: Location, balcony. 😢: The matrasses of the bed were uncomfortable and of the sleeping sofa unbearable. No bedlinnen or towel included. 30€ extra..

😊: Pas de draps et seviette.. 😢: Everything. Coffee machine without Coffee, kettle without tea, coffee, sugar. No even hand serviette..
