Historic Bright and Beautiful Apartment in Old Nice with Castle Hill View

😊: Lovely apartment in a great location. Easily walkable to everything we wanted to see. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was very good, quick responses and very helpful..

😊: The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. All the appliances were working well, and it was clean upon arrival.. 😢: There is no elevator and is a 4th floor. Although this was noticed in the listing, but the stairs are quite steep. Also there is no parking, I overlooked this and we had to park quite far and costly. Finally, there is only one air conditioning for the entire apartment, it doesn’t not get to cool it down as it’s a huge apartment. It gets quite warm during the day..

😊: Good location to Old town bars shops restaurants etc.. 😢: No air con in bedrooms. Very steep steps 84 in total to get to apartment on 4th floor. No fire exit instructions in apartment..

😊: Love the location! Everything was on our doorstep although you wouldn’t know it as there is no street noise. The apartment was beautiful. All new and beds/pillows comfortable. I will stay here again. If you are considering staying here, book it!. 😢: Everything was perfect. If I had to choose something it’s the 4 flights stairs, even then it was worth it!.
