😊: Private nice location. 😢: On the day of arrival pool had obviously not been cleaned or treated and was green with algae.!! … fortunately we knew this was a big” no no “ to use …could have resulted in serious health issues.. Ecoli and legionaries to name a few…shockingly to add t …we were horrified to have fished a dead rat out of the pool…seriously…what a welcome for us on our first day of what we were hoping to be a relaxing holiday. Ime afraid our “welcome pack “ didn’t end there….An old single day bed with dirty mattress and sheets had been left by the cleaners on the veranda.. it looked absolutely disgusting! We complained and it was left there during the whole time of our stay .we pulled it it of sight to the side of the veranda . In addition the bedroom and lounge furniture cupboards we were provided with for use in the main bedroom and lounge were covered in chipped paint and looked very scruffy. The fence and posts on the veranda were dirty and plaster cracked and paint peeling off. We didn’t like how shabby it was and felt it reflected Interhomes lack of care …Such a disgrace for Interhome to welcome their guests in such a way ..says a lot of how they feel about their own reputation and the comfort of their paying guests ..they know exactly who they are offending ..they have paper trails ie emails booking confirmation etc of all of their guests …shocking!.
