😊: The location is lovely and the pool is great - though further away from the house than the photos suggest. Spacious and cool on a very hot day.. 😢: You only learn after booking that you need to provide your own linen and towels and in our case after we had paid! Very annoying. My wife spent some time cleaning the kitchen surfaces, fridge and appliances and living space including getting our own cleaning materials. The coffee filter was cracked and we eventually got it replaced. Bedrooms were dusty, mold at the tap end of the bath, a shower which doesn’t have a wall stand and a pretty grotty shower curtain. Worst however was that the living space and main bedrooms had recently had the ceilings painted and though we aired them as much as possible (without letting too much heat in) we never got rid of the smell. After 4 nights of headaches, asthma and blocked sinuses we left 3 days early. Such a shame because the place has much to recommend it but it wasn’t ready for anyone to stay in..
