Incantevole appartamento rinnovato a 50 m dal mare - 3 stanze - 8 ospiti

😊: We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Tha flat is spacious, clean, in very good location, near the tram and sea. We loved the 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, big table in the kitchen and AC in every room. Ideal for the group of six adults.. 😢: We had an issue with door handles inside the apartment but we let the owner know and the communication was fast..

😊: The apartment is beautifully and very functionally designed, with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, and we especially loved the partial sea view. 🌊 We were truly impressed with the location, the interior, and how well-equipped the apartment was. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Nice. ❤️. 😢: The only minor downside was that the air conditioning units didn’t cool some rooms very effectively..
